The Leica TL wide-angle zoom, equivalent to 17 to 35 mm in 35 mm format, offers excellent sharpness for particularly broad scenes. Ideal for capturing the beauty of architecture, richly detailed street views, imposing landscapes, and expressive scenes that you may find on your travels. The great advantage of wide-angle lenses is that you can pack so much more subject into your picture, even when you move in closer.
The lens has an f/3.5-4.5 to 16 aperture range and uses four aspherical surfaces that prevent aberrations and distortion when shooting. The lens has an autofocus with an override option, for manual focus. Another advantage of this lens is its small focusing distance of 7.9'. This allows the photographer to get close to their objects. The lens barrel has a black anodized surface and is made of metal and guarantees a long life. A lens hood is included with this lens. 67mm filters can be used for the lens.
